The Moore County Zombie Run will benefit The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation
of Asheville, North Carolina. As
the world’s largest non-governmental source of funding for childhood brain
tumor research, the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation’s mission is to cure the
kids. Every donation we receive makes a difference to children fighting one of
the deadliest forms of childhood cancer. With past donations they have invested
more than $24 million in research grants to more than 50 institutions
worldwide, awarded more than 1,000 college scholarships to pediatric brain
tumor survivors, provided educational support to families
to help them understand diagnosis and treatment options, and delivered
educational materials to health care providers who treat children with brain
tumors. With your
help, we can aid the PBTF in their goal to eliminate the challenges of
